When starting a business, there are a number of considerations budding entrepreneurs must consider about the choice of business structure - the shell that will hold the business inside. This unit investigates the various types of business organization structures legally available. Some of these operate in the public sector (government owned) whereas others operate in the private sector (owned by individuals). Furthermore, the growing emergence of socially minded enterprises, both for-profit and not-for-profit will be examined.
